Holiday home, Gite, 6 bedrooms,

Available period: from November 20th to April 4th. Large house with 6 bedrooms for max 12 adults and 5 children (for families or couples, parties not allowed). Wifi, children's playground. Ski resort 30 minutes drive (Luchon, Mourtis, Peyragudes).

Price 499€/night (minimum 2 nights), all inclusive.

Bed and Breakfast (April 15 - December 15)

Formerly a charming hotel (1926) and now a welcoming Bed and Breakfast surrounded by a large forest of old beech trees where you will find the peace and serenity of nature...  
Rooms from €80, breakfast included.

Table d'hôtes, by reservation only · We offer a unique and generous three-course menu.
We can adapt the meal if you are vegetarian or allergic to certain foods.
Price: €25/adult and €12.50 for the children's menu. On days when our table d'hôtes is closed, we offer a range of Vrai & Bon ready-made dishes in jars.

We offer a buffet breakfast every day from 8am to 10am. We also have a bar and a terrace , we offer craft beers from Luchon, cocktails, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. Pets are not allowed in all our rentals.

Camping

This small, enclosed campsite with six pitches separated by hedges boasts breathtaking views of the Gar massif and the peaks of La Barousse. Each pitch is equipped with an electrical hookup. A parking area is reserved just a few meters from your pitch. A sanitary block (men/women) and a room with sinks are available for campsite customers (pets allowed).

Log cabin, Campingpods:

• Beautiful log cabin (max. 2 adults and 2 children).
  Price: €700/week. From 2 nights: €200 (except summer: from Saturday to Saturday).
• Our 2 camping pods with views of the Pyrenees Mountains. (Min. 2 nights, April 1st - November 30th). Price €59 per night (min. 2 nights).

Canyoning, Rafting, Climbing, from 6 years old.

Canyoning , Rafting , Cano-Raft , Climbing . Here you can enjoy the many activities offered by Stefan, who has a BE diploma in rafting, canyoning and climbing (from mid-May to the end of September, based on a minimum of 4 people, equipment provided). Walks and hikes starting from the Col des Ares.

Who are we?

We are located at the top of the Col des Ares in the heart of the Pyrenees, 30 minutes from Luchon and 1 hour 15 minutes from Toulouse. Company created in 2006, Laetitia and Stefan, "house owners", are proud to present to you a young, enthusiastic and sporty team. Stefan van Lanen, I have been living in France since 2006 (originally from the Netherlands). Thanks to the help of our parents (Joop van Lanen and Jean-Pierre Monties), we have built this beautiful company together.
